The
kingdom of Stephen lies in the heart of the northern portion of Alina’s
single continent, nestled securely in a valley created by the Mountains
of the Unknown and the Great Forest that covers much of the land.
Four rivers flow through this valley. Emerging from the Mountains
of the Unknown, the Capital and Éluvin (ay-LU-vin) Rivers meet just
north of Royale to form the Royale River. The Royale then flows south
to merge with the Red River just north of Bridgeville to create the River
Sern, and continue south, passing through Iovia and Ruûn to eventually
delta into the sea.
